Homemade Healthy & Nutritious Meals

To make sure we cater to everyone's dietary needs in a professional and inclusive manner, our nursery follows a pescetarian approach. Instead of meat, we offer plant-based substitutes and fish. Additionally, please note that we are a NUT-FREE nursery due to allergies; hence, nuts are not permitted on the premises.

 

Our fantastic full-time cook, Markela, operates from our spacious kitchen at No.3 Gateway Mews. She prepares delicious, hearty, hot meals for the children's lunch (11:30 am for babies and toddlers, 12 pm for preschoolers) and tea (served to all ages at 4 pm). Markela ensures the freshly cooked food is brought to No.1 in a covered trolley for the children to enjoy.

 

We also provide breakfast (a range of cereals, toast, porridge, fruit etc.) and nutritious snacks throughout the day, offering a variety of fruit and vegetables for the children to choose from.

 

Rest assured, our entire staff holds Level 2 Food and Hygiene qualifications. Moreover, our cook, management, and room leaders have all undergone allergy awareness training to ensure the well-being of all our little ones.

 

During Council inspections, both No.1 (the nursery) and No.3 (housing offices and the kitchen) are assessed together. We're thrilled to share that we consistently maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating, reflecting our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for your children.
